Grants

Deadball is pursuing manufacturing and sustainability grants to support infrastructure buildout and the first Dead Ball™ production run.

What this grant is

The Tropic Queensland Manufacturing Grant Program (TQMGP) supports Queensland-based manufacturers developing innovative, sustainable products. Grants of up to $50,000 are available for eligible businesses undertaking new manufacturing activity in the state.

The program is administered by Business Queensland and targets circular economy initiatives, regional employment, and product innovation — all of which Deadball's model directly addresses.

Why Deadball qualifies
  • Queensland-based entity, operating and manufacturing locally
  • Manufacturing a novel recycled product (Dead Ball™) from waste feedstock
  • Circular economy model: collection → processing → remanufacture loop closed in QLD
  • Creates local processing and manufacturing employment
